#19 · Bring a lab folder and take it back to the CLI

Open-folder and drop import retain relative source/header/memory paths and reject invalid imports atomically. ZIP export includes the selected project manifest; a real nested ROM project exported from the browser passed CLI sim and bit checks. Missing or external active XPR references are reported rather than silently omitted.

WebKit exposed an unreadable FileSystemEntry for an otherwise readable in-memory File. Loose files now use the direct File; directories retain entry recursion. Root also found that stripping a shared ../ prefix could turn an unsafe path into a safe-looking name. Such roots remain invalid. Independent review proved that the old drop-rejection test could pass on a read error without reaching validation; it now requires the invalid path in the diagnostic.

Physical directory-entry drag/drop remains unverified: browser automation did not expose usable directory entries. Recursion is covered by unit tests, and real browser folder-input and direct-file drop flows are covered separately.
