The folder command needs no pin file for the board's port names

⌘⇧B and dewfpga flash stopped where Run did not. A folder with only lab1_top.sv (ports sw, led) built with Run, but the folder command, and with it VS Code's build task, stopped at no-xdc-file: copy Basys3_Master.xdc here and uncomment the pins you use. That is the file a student had to write by hand for lab 1. Now, with no .xdc in the folder and every port of the top named like the board's, the folder command writes <top>.autopins from the synthesized ports with the same code as Run, says pins: automatic Basys3 mapping (no .xdc here, and lab1_top's ports have the board's names), and builds. The pins are byte for byte the ones Run writes for the same file. They follow the design: a new an port gets its pins on the next build, a second build with nothing changed is up to date, and dewfpga clean removes the file. A port without a board name still stops the build, and the message now names those ports (these ports of adder have no board name: a b y). The READMEs say what Run and the folder command read since last night.

Tests: the two checks that expected the stop for board names now expect the build, its pins, up to date and clean; a new check keeps the stop and the named ports for a b y. On the corpus, the folder command now builds 24 of the 89 folders (22 before): the 2 new ones have no .xdc and only board port names. SUITE_C6
