Why does it happen?
A matching label or command is not proof that dewfpga created the entry. The writer refuses to overwrite or adopt the user's task, even when the command text is identical.
What is the fix?
Keep the user task. Rename the colliding label or input in VS Code if appropriate, or merge the printed configuration manually with distinct names. Preserve the ownership file for entries installed by dewfpga.
