ERROR [two-vivado-projects]

The diagnostic contains two-vivado-projects. File paths, line numbers and the detailed reason depend on the project or editor configuration; read the complete line printed by the command.

Why does it happen?

The project folder contains multiple Vivado project files. Choosing one silently could build a different design.

What is the fix?

Keep each project in its own directory. Alternatively, copy the required source and constraint files to a flat directory outside the Vivado project tree, then run dewfpga there.
