dewfpga check prints a row per tool and this line when one is missing; dewfpga bit prints the second form and stops before synthesis.

Why does it happen?

The install has not run, was interrupted, or put the tools somewhere else (FPGA_HOME set to another folder in that shell).

What is the fix?

dewfpga install

It builds only what is missing (about 12 minutes from nothing). If you installed elsewhere, set FPGA_HOME to that folder.
