The wrapper could not produce a complete command result
The JSON result contains code: "internal". Exit 70 reports a wrapper failure; interrupted calls use exit 130 or 143.
Why does it happen?
A child could not start, an output reader failed, or a descendant kept output open after the command exited. These cases cannot be treated as successful results. A parent signal can also interrupt the command.
What is the fix?
Read the diagnostic and temporary log. Verify the installed CLI files and filesystem access, then retry. Preserve the diagnostic and command when reporting a reproducible wrapper error. Do not use a leftover bitstream as proof that the interrupted command succeeded.
