Why does it happen?
The compiler needs a privately reserved directory for Verilog-2005 source copies. Creating it failed before compilation began.
What is the fix?
Check the project folder's permissions with ls -ld . and available disk space with df -h .. Use a writable project folder or free space, then retry. Do not delete another running build's temporary directory.
