lingolingo — privacy policy

lingolingo is a place to talk to yourself — and things you say to yourself should stay with you. Here is everything about your data, in plain English, no lawyer walls.

what we don't collect

Almost everything. lingolingo has:

no accounts — you never sign up, so there's no email, name, or password to store
no tracking — no advertising identifiers, no fingerprinting, no third-party trackers
no ads — ever
your stats stay with you — streaks, levels, and practice history live on your device and in your own iCloud. We can't see them, and we don't want to.

your microphone

In free practice, the microphone is never used. You speak into the air, and nothing is recorded — pinky promise.

When you spend a credit on a voice analysis, your recording is processed once to generate your report — either on your device or through a secure, GDPR-compliant speech-processing service (Microsoft Azure) — and then it is deleted immediately. The service scores the audio in that moment and nothing more: it is never stored, never sold, never used for anything else, and never used to train any model.

purchases

Speaking is free forever. Voice analysis runs on credits — a simple one-time purchase, no subscription. Payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, so we never see your payment details, card numbers, or billing address.

Sesli analiz istersen kaydın yalnızca raporu üretmek için (cihazında ya da güvenli, GDPR uyumlu bir konuşma işleme servisi — Microsoft Azure — üzerinden) işlenir ve hemen silinir; saklanmaz, satılmaz, reklamda veya model eğitiminde kullanılmaz.
